General Refund Policy

The Chamber does not offer refunds of any kind unless explicitly stated beforehand in a written document, approved by the Chamber’s Board of Directors and signed by the Executive Director.

Monthly Member Luncheon

Please note that our monthly member luncheons are non-refundable and non-transferable to another month unless explicitly specified by the Mint Hill Chamber of Commerce. Any changes or exceptions to this policy will be communicated through official channels.

Membership Dues Refund Policy

Payment for membership dues is due at the time of application or at the beginning of your renewal year. Dues are only refundable if the membership application is not approved by the Chamber’s Board of Directors and signed by the Executive Director.

Sponsorships/Advertising

The Chamber does not offer refunds on any sponsorships or advertising.

Event Registrations

Cancellations by the Chamber:

  • If the Chamber cancels an event, registrants will receive a full refund.
  • If an event is postponed, registrants will have the option to either attend the rescheduled event or receive a full refund.

Special Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, such as a medical emergency or unforeseen hardship, the Chamber may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Such requests should be submitted in writing to the Chamber’s office, providing full details and any supporting documentation.
