The Mint Hill Chamber of Commerce is excited to re-launch our Ambassador Program- a dynamic opportunity to get involved, build relationships, and make a meaningful impact in our local business community!

Ambassadors are a highly visible group of volunteers who serve as a vital link between the Chamber, its members, and the community. They play a key role in welcoming new members, supporting existing members, and representing the Chamber at events and initiatives that strengthen Mint Hill’s business environment.

🌱 Program Purpose

The Ambassador Program serves as the Chamber’s relationship-building and engagement arm, supporting:

• 🤝 Member retention and engagement
• 🆕 New member onboarding and integration
• 📈 Membership growth and recruitment
• 🎉 Event experience and success
• 📣 Chamber visibility and impact

Ambassadors play a key role in delivering a positive, engaging, and connected member experience.

👥 Ambassadors serve as:

• 🤝 Member Connectors – building meaningful relationships
• 🔗 Relationship Builders – strengthening engagement and retention
• 🏛️ Chamber Representatives – promoting the Chamber
• 📣 Advocates – championing membership and participation

Program Commitment & Expectations:

• Two-year term (with flexibility to roll off at any time)
• Opportunity to reapply after completion of term
• Active participation and engagement in Chamber events and initiatives

🍽️ Ambassador Luncheon Takeover

• Annual Ambassador-led luncheon
• Ambassadors will:
  • Have a dedicated table to showcase and promote their business
  • Play a role in planning and engagement
  • Gain increased exposure to attendees
