The Mint Hill Chamber Mentor Match Program is designed to connect experienced professionals with emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, young professionals, and new Chamber members through meaningful one-on-one relationships.

As a Chamber, we believe some of the most valuable opportunities begin with a simple conversation. Whether over coffee, lunch, or at a Chamber event, Mentor Match helps create connections that encourage leadership development, professional growth, and community engagement.

The Chamber’s role is simply to facilitate thoughtful introductions and encourage relationship-building within our business community. While we help make the connection, each mentor relationship is unique and can grow naturally based on the preferences of the individuals involved.

There are no required timelines or meeting expectations. Mentor and mentee pairs can choose what works best for them:

• A one-time coffee or lunch meeting
• Occasional check-ins
• Networking at Chamber events
• An ongoing mentorship relationship

Mentor Match is a benefit of Chamber membership and is open to active Chamber members.
