(arrive early to judge the showcase tables and purchase raffle tickets)

11:00 AM Brunch

Table Decorators are responsible for providing:

• 8 Plates  
• 8 Tea or coffee cups
• 8 glasses
• Flatware
• Centerpiece/ table decor  
• 1 Pitcher for Iced Water (no plastic please)
• Creamer and sugar containers
• 8 Cloth Napkins
• Tablecloth for 8 ft round table                            

The above items are necessary for every table.  Use your creativity and add your own personal style to your table.  Tables can be themed, seasonal, elegant or fun.

Decorating times for tables:

Friday, May 28th, 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

MHCC will provide:

• Clear plates (to be placed over your plate for food)               
• Cream/Sugar Packets and food

Ticket Information:

Gather 8 friends and decorate a table seating 8 people. Tables are $320/8 people = $40 per person 

Raffle Tickets are available for purchase on the day of the event  $20 for 20 tickets

There are only 25 tables and they will go quickly.
